Product Repairs
Items that include a valid receipt may be sent for repair to the address below. Please contact the Customer Service department to obtain a Log Number before sending an item for repair only if a valid receipt is not available.

Please include a check or money order in the amount of $9.00 for audio/clock products, and $15.00 for microwave products to cover return shipping and handling. If you wish to return a larger item, you will be instructed by Customer Service as to the process.

Any product manuals which we no longer have available can most likely be obtained for a small fee via
Treasure Chest, a 3rd-party vendor. Emerson Radio is not affiliated with this vendor.
